Designed around the work your team could be faced with
Every element of an engagement is shaped by your context, not adapted from a template. Engage us at any stage, for a single element or the full exercise lifecycle. Each service can be commissioned independently.
Wound types, mechanisms, and severities matched to the patterns your team is most likely to face, with each wound documented for independent reproduction after we leave.
Full scenario package built from your casualty profile, timeline, injury sets, and controller paperwork. Use the SIMFX Support Cards Scenario Builder to draft your casualty mix before we talk. You sign off the design before delivery.
On-site casualty preparation by experienced moulage artists, matched to the scenario injury profile and reproducible across sessions.
On-site support throughout, moulage refresh, injury escalation, actor briefing, and reset between sessions. Where SIMFX Support Cards are in use, actors carry them on the day.
Where your own people need to build the skill themselves, the training is designed around your sector and your injury profile. See Bespoke Training

SIMFX® Support Cards are field-ready scenario and training support cards. Each card covers a single injury and carries its moulage method, triage category, and actor cues, so the same injury is prepared the same way, whoever applies it.
The Scenario Builder assembles those cards into the exercise itself. Pick the environment, whether cabin, roadside, clinical, or a multi-casualty exercise, then add casualties from the card library and the triage spread updates as you go. It exports a PDF plan carrying a brief for every casualty and one combined kit list.
Bring that plan to the first conversation and we work from it directly, so scoping starts with your casualty mix and triage spread already set. The cards stay with your team, so the same scenario can be run again.
