Most trauma simulation materials are specialist items not stocked in high-street stores. Knowing what to buy, where to buy it, and how much to spend depends on the scenarios you are running and the frequency of your training programme. Each Support Card lists exactly what it needs, and we help you source those items.

Bloods
Theatrical and medical-grade blood effects for external bleeding, pooling, and contamination. Formulated for skin safety and accurate colour at training distances.
Silicone
Platinum-cure silicone and pigment for building 3D wound prosthetics. Used across entry wounds, lacerations, burns, and degloving effects that need physical depth and texture.
Palettes
Alcohol-activated colour palettes for wound colouring, bruise layering, and skin tone adjustment. Includes specialist wheels for burns and contusion effects.
