We train you
to train yours
Our core offering is a two-day, CPD certified course, tailored to your unit's roles, environment, and casualty picture. We develop your own instructors to deliver and sustain the moulage and simulation standard, so the capability stays with your unit between postings and deployments.
Discuss a tailored courseAn investment in your people
Your instructors learn the methods we use, then run them without us on site. Expertise is built into the unit instead of bought in for each exercise.
Ongoing CPD and progression
We keep your instructors current with CPD and advance them through progression, so the standard develops over time and does not fade between courses.
Capability that stays
The moulage and simulation standard remains in-house and reusable across sessions, with recurrent support and refreshers there when you want them.
Wounds built
to your brief
Gunshot, burns, blast and penetrating trauma, reproduced in clinical-grade silicone and reset between sessions.
Talk to us about moulage

The Application Skills Course
Day one covers the fundamentals of moulage, including cuts, grazes, bruising and minor burns. Day two moves on to blast injuries, gunshot wound trauma, burns in depth, and lacerations with embedded foreign objects. Every profile is built to the casualty picture your unit trains for, so the wounds your instructors practise are the ones they expect to see on exercise.
Action Shots
Moulage applied during a two-day course delivered to a military unit, on their own site and to their own casualty picture.
I loved the layout of our work stations, it really made it easier to work with all the paints. we used this layout for our exercise the following week.

Every casualty,
briefed the same way
SIMFX® Support Cards are field-ready scenario and training support cards. Each one carries the moulage method, triage category, and actor cues for a single injury, so every casualty on the exercise is prepared the same way, time after time.
Build your casualty mix in the Scenario Builder. Pick the number of artists, environment, and exercise parameters, and you have a concrete brief for your team to follow. The cards are reusable assets, so the standard is ready for the next exercise.
Human factors
